[In consideration of introduction]
Want to share e-mails sent to the address registered to the volunteer information distribution site between the person in charge of the administration and the person in charge of the volunteer group.
[Points of introduction decision]
Since one of the people in charge of managing the site was an administrative person in charge, it was a problem that the recipient's address was known when replying to an e-mail that had just been forwarded. Free e-mails cannot be used in an environment where administrative personnel use them.
It is important that e-mail address is not known to the other party even if you reply to the e-mail that you receive using your work e-mail address or personal e-mail address. We decided to adopt it because multiple recipients can share e-mail exchanges without having to know the forwarding address.
[Expected effects]
Multiple persons can receive the e-mail that arrived in the address that registered with the site at the same time.
E-mail address of the person in charge is not notified to the sender of e-mail.
The person who receives e-mail can respond by using self e-mail address.
When the person in charge replies to e-mail, the reply e-mail is sent to other persons in charge, so all the received e-mails and e-mails that have been replied can be shared with everyone.
[Points to use]
- You can use own e-mail address to receive and reply to e-mails that reach the known address.
Even in the high-secure terminal environment, there is no problem because you use your own e-mail address. - Multiple people can share e-mails sent and received with known addresses.
- You can also check e-mail exchanges of other users who share known addresses.
